How we manage projects

As your business and your projects are unique, we tailor our services to your requirements. We get to know your business and develop the design specifications before embarking on any technical projects. We conduct our work through a number of Phases and you can involve us in your project at any stage. Your only commitment to us is for the Phase we are currently working on.

Every project is different, but the Phases below gives you an example of how we structure our projects.

Phase 1 : Business planning

We review your business strategy and plans, or assist in preparing these. We can conduct market research prior to your own decision to proceed.

Phase 2 : Concept development / Requirements analysis

Your requirements are documented, a Functional Specification is produced, and a Scope of Project document is agreed. This provides the technical teams with a design and forms the basis of later acceptance testing. A storyboard or prototype can be produced at this stage.

Phase 3 : Project Planning

We prepare a detailed project plan and budget which identifies and quantifies all tasks, and allocates them to the appropriate resource in our organisations, and any other third parties involved in the project.

Phase 4 : Project Implementation

We manage deliverables from all parties involved in the project and ensure quality and timeliness of all deliverables. We provide reports at the level of detail agreed for your executive and management teams.

Phase 5 : Testing

Thorough testing is a critical part of any project, and we can conduct technical testing, and beta testing your product to its intended market.

Phase 6 : Rollout and product launch

During the final phase, we ensure that your technical, sales, marketing, and customer service staff are all familiar with the product / service and with their responsibilities for a successful launch.
